OnePlus successfully concluded the Oxygen OS 13 beta program for the OnePlus 8 series. Today, the smartphone maker released stable Android 13 firmware update for the entire OnePlus 8 series, 9 series, and 10 series devices. Here, download and install Oxygen OS 13 Android 13 for OnePlus 8, 8 Pro, 8T, 9R, 9RT, and 10R devices.

Oxygen OS 13 features a new Aquamorphic Design theme colors inspired by water. It can be applied across the system, thanks to Android 13’s dynamic wallpaper-based theme engine. Plus, with stable Oxygen OS 13, you get all the updated OnePlus apps and features and all the Android 13 goodies.

The second Open Beta hotfix update for the OnePlus 8 series was the final one and came with some stunning improvements. It improved system stability. Extended the battery life in some scenarios. Fixed a display issue with the charging animation on the Lock screen. Fixed a display issue with the Screen-off gestures in Settings.

The first beta update added integration for the newly launched 5G network across the globe. OnePlus 8 series devices can now use 5G in India on any available network including Airtel, Jio, and Vodafone-Idea.

While the Oxygen OS 13 Open Beta program was India-exclusive, the stable Android 13 OTA is live in all regions including Indian, Global or NA, and EU variants.

OnePlus already released stable Oxygen OS 13 for OnePlus 10 Pro and the OnePlus 9 series.

MP and OBT to DP upgrade guide—via Local OTA Update (EU&IN ONLY)

Note: This upgrade/downgrade method only works for IN and EU versions, NA users please refer to the specific upgrade guide below. This upgrade method will erase all the contents of the phone, please be sure to backup first.

Download the latest ROM upgrade/downgrade zip package from the specified server.
Copy the ROM upgrade package to the phone storage.
Go to Settings -> About device -> Version -> Click Build number 7 times and enter the password, now you are in the developer mode.
Go to Settings -> System -> System Updates -> Click top right icon -> Local upgrade -> Click on the corresponding installation package -> Upgrade -> System upgrade completed to 100%.
After the upgrade is complete, click Restart.
Update successful.

Install this APK. You’ll need it to update.
Launch the app -> tap the top-right gear icon -> find the upgrade package and tap it -> wait to finish the installation -> tap reboot
After the upgrade is complete, click Restart.
