Samsung is on due to unveil its next flagship killer – the Galaxy S8 at an event in NYC on 29th March 2017. Undoubtedly, the Galaxy S8 is the most anticipated device of 2017 with tons of rumors and features surfing all over the Internet. Beforehand, we have also posted a couple of articles unleashing the Galaxy S8’s stunning features, live images, and the Stock apps like the Music App, Gear app, Video app etc. Well, that wasn’t just enough. Today, the Korean major has confirmed through its Italian website that- the Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus would be the first duo to introduce its new AI(Artificial Intelligence) powered virtual assistant- Bixby. The reports also suggest a 3D Touch-like feature will be partially added on the Galaxy S8.

As per Samsung, Bixby would be more capable than the other rivals and it is expected to have a support for up to 8 languages when it is officially unveiled along with the Galaxy S8. Meanwhile, a lot of other impressive virtual assistants are already available in the market like- the Google Assistant, which was recently rolled out to most of the Android devices running Android 6.0 Marshmallow or later. Moreover, the other rivals like the Siri from Apple and Cornata from Microsoft are also some of the tough competitors. So, it remains skeptical to comment which one would be the actual winner. However, Samsung has made it pretty sure that once the S8 is officially launched, Bixby will make its entry into the market. It will come for non-flagship Samsung smartphones as well like the Galaxy S7 and S6.

As per the investor, the Samsung Display has been working on the pressure sensitive OLED displays, that will measure different levels of pressure on the screen unlike the iphone7 and Huawei P9 in later 2015. Furthermore, Samsung has also showcased the display technology to its trusted partners in a VIP meeting at the MWC 2017. However, nothing is certain at the moment, but we hope the Galaxy S8 to feature the 3D touch technology as well.
