Huge Samsung June 2023 update rolling out for Galaxy S23 series with major camera and gallery upgrades

Google recently released major June 2023 Pixel Feature Drop alongside Android Security Bulletin for June 2023 fixing over 56 vulnerabilities. Samsung also announces a major upgrade for the Galaxy S23 series and older Galaxy smartphones with the major camera, gallery, and system optimizations. This is like the Pixel Feature Drop but for Samsung devices.

Today, Samsung released thiir biggest update so far weighing a whopping 2.2 GB in size. This is the second June 23′ update for the Galaxy S23 series featuring build AWF1. The udpdate comes packed with features and performance improvements.

The highlight of the update is the new Samsung camera app with added 2x potrait mode feature. Plus, Samsung also imporved the 30x camera zoom, making it sharp, adding more details and less noise.

Samsung also promised to fix the Banana Gate issue with the Galaxy S23 cameras. It may have been fixed with the latest June 2023 update released today. However, there is no confirmation of it just yet.

Samsung Galaxy S23, S23+, and S23 Ultra receive updated app inclduing Samsung Camera, AR Zone, Samsung Notes Add-ons, Clock, Samsung Kids, Samsung Notes, PENUP, Samsung Internet, Samsung Health, Samsung Members, Smart Switch, Voice Recorder, and more.

Users claimed that the update also improved the overall smoothness of the OS. The update is currently available for download in Europe, Thailand, Japan, Russia, Vietnam, Indonesia, and the Philippines. It will soon ve released in the United States, India, South Korea, and more.

Samsung will soon release the latest Google Play system updates from June 1, 2023.
