Samsung successfully concluded the final One UI 5 beta update for the former flagships – Galaxy S20, S20+, and S20 Ultra. The smartphone maker also released a roadmap for stable Android 13 update rollout, wherein the S20 and Note 20 series were scheduled for December 2022. Seems as though the update has arrived earlier. Today, Samsung delivered on the promise, as stable One UI 5.0 update just arrived for the entire S20 and Note 20 series in Europe.
The stable version of Android 13 is reportedly live in some European countries including Germany and Switzerland. This means more regions may receive it anytime soon for the Exynos variants including India, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, Finland, Spain, etc.
It features firmware build number DVJE and weighs over 2GB in size from the previous stable version. The full firmware build is G98xBXXUFGVJE for the respective S20 variants. You can download the OTA by visiting Settings > System Updates > Download OTA updates.
The Exynos variants in Europe can download the update right away. It will soon be rolled out in India and the United States for Unlocked Snapdragon variants as well as carrier variants when the respective carriers release it.
The popular Samsung Galaxy S20 FE will soon receive Android 13-based One UI 5 OTA update next month.
