Samsung recently conducted its second Galaxy Unpacked event, during which the company unveiled two new foldable smartphones, the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and Galaxy Z Flip 3. The two devices come with the latest OneUI 3.1.1 firmware update with new features, updated apps, smoother animations, and system improvements. Starting today, Samsung expands OneUI 3.1.1 features to more Galaxy smartphones including Galaxy S20, Note 20, S10, and Note 10 series phones via latest Android security patch level.
Earlier last week, Samsung released OneUI 3.1.1 firmware update for the entire Galaxy S21 series; OTA update weighing over 1GB in size. While Samsung’s August 2021 patch still hows the software version as OneUI 3.1, it brings many OneUI 3.1.1 features over to the older Galaxy devices.
Samsung phones receiving One UI 3.1.1 features include Galaxy S20 series, Note 20 series, Galaxy S10 series, Note 10 series devices. So visit Settings > System Updates to download OTA updates manually.

It is speculated that the popular M-Series, A-Series, and F-Series Galaxy phones may also receive OneUI 3.1.1 features in the coming updates. and more.. are getting the same treatment
According to Samsung community members, this is the best update ever because it brings several system optimizations like faster and smoother animations, quick app launch, a new weather app, Bluetooth menu now launches faster, new “Bedtime mode” toggle in QS, quick camera app launch, and most importantly VoNR support on T-Mobile network carrier and other regions.

T-Mobile Galaxy S20 series gets One UI 3.1.1 features
Samsung August 2021 security update is now rolling out for T-Mobile Galaxy S20 series with One UI 3.1.1 features. It may enable VoNR for T-Mobile variants; as it did for the Galaxy S21 via August 2021 OTA update.
VoNR support comes to Samsung Galaxy S21 devices for North American variants in the United States. Voice over New Radio (VoNR) is a good addition to T-Mobile. For those confused by the term, VoNR is basically VoLTE, but for 5G. The older 5G supported Samsung smartphones may also start receiving VoNR.
