Here is the latest Android 11 based One UI 3.0 firmware update for the popular Galaxy A51.
The popular Galaxy A51 is now receiving stable One UI 3 firmware update based on Android 11 in Asia; more specifically in India. It features all the One UI 3 features along with Android 11 goodies like stronger privacy and location control, revamped visual design, performance improvements, and much more. With an exceptions of Dex mode or Wireless Dex.
The TA features new firmware build number A515FXXU4DUAE for the global variant with Exynos chipset. Most importantly, the OTA brings latest February 2021 security patch level to the device. As you can see in the screenshot below, the OTA weighs over 2 GB in size.
The Galaxy A51 launched with Android 10 and quickly became one of the most popular mid-range smartphone in some Asian countries like India. It featured decent hardware and software specifications at budget pricing. It makes sense that Samsung would support the popular A-series phone and continue its legacy.

How to download One UI 3 for Galaxy A51 with Android 11 full stock firmware?
The OTA is currently live in India with build number A515FXXU4DUAE. The update weighs about 2 GB in size. You can also download the OTA by visiting settings > system updates > download OTA update manually from your phone.
