Samsung One UI 3.0 based on Android 11

Samsung’s One UI 3.0 beta program is slowly extending globally, currently available in many countries including the United States, UK, Germany, and more. Android 11 beta from Samsung is also available for both the Exynos and Snapdragon variants. Earlier last month, the Korean Electronics giant released One UI 3.0 beta for the Exynos variants of the Galaxy S20 series as well. So far we have received 3 beta updates. Here is the 4th One UI 3.0 HotFix update with build number G98xxXXU5ZTK1.

The latest ZTK1 OTA update is currently available for Exynos variants in the regions of Europe. According to Sammobile, the fourth beta improves Space Zoom. While the changelog doesn’t say anything, as reported by users of the S20 series, Samsung also improved the Galaxy S20’s camera. In particular, it improved the clarity of 100x Space Zoom. The update log just says stability and camera improvements.

The previous Beta 3, on the other hand, featured the latest November 2020 security patch level. It also enabled AT&T WiFi Calling and Visual Voicemail on S20 on the Unlocked Snapdragon variants. While you can download the One UI 3.0 beta from Samsung Members, here we also have the OTA download zips for users/regions where the OTA is not yet available. As for the official builds, you can get it by going to Settings, Software update, and tapping Download and install.

The OTA package from beta 3 to beta 4 weighs around 410MB in size and the firmware version is G98xxXXU5ZTK1. Also, checkout what’s new in One UI 3.0 that came to the Snapdragon S20 series.
