After a long wait, now finally the November security patch for International variant of Galaxy Note 8 has started rolling. It is the first ever firmware update since the device’s release. The current update is dropping with the firmware build number N950FXXU1BQK6. Apart from the monthly security level step-up it also brings a fix for DeX error and secures the Wi-Fi function. Also, the system stability of the system Apps has been improved.

You have to use Odin Tool to flash the ROM you downloaded above.
