Download Oxygen OS 10.3.10 for OnePlus 6 and 6T with April 2021 security patch

The popular OnePlus 6 and 6T smartphones are now receiving a new OTA software update with build number Oxygen OS 10.3.10. While it’s not the latest Android 11 OS upgrade based on Oxygen OS 11, the new OTA features latest April 2021 security patch level with Android 10.

Oxygen OS 10.3.10 is a mere Android security level bump to the newer April 2021 patches. Apart from that the OEM fixed some known issues and improved system stability. OnePlus 6 Android 11 update is next in line and the first beta program may start anytime soon. So stay tuned!

The previous Oxygen OS 10.3.9 update bumped the Google Mobile Services (GMS) to the newer December 2020. GMS packages are basically stock Google apps and services required for better functionality of Android. This may potentially save a few MBs of phone storage.

For OTA updates, simply go to Settings app -> System Updates -> Check for OTA updates. It will automatically download and install the updates, if  available.
