How to Register for PUBG NEW STATE in India | PUBG India Pre-Registration Fix

PUBG Studios by Krafton is on the verge of deploying a sequel to their most popular Battle Royale game with a new title called PUBG New State. This is not a replacement to the original PUBG Mobile, but instead an alternative to it; more like a sequel. PUBG New State pre-registration is already available globally via Google Play Store for Android and will soon come to the Apple App store for iOS devices.

It’s unfortunate that the game will not be available in India, Vietnam, and China at launch. Rest of the world including North America (United States and Canada), Europe, and other parts of Asia will be able to play the game at launch. There may be a few beta programs before the stable release; which we will post the APK download for. However, users in India can’t even search for PUBG New State on the Play Store, let alone pre-register for it.

Even if you visit the PUBG link externally, you will be shown “This item isn’t available in your country” error. Here is a fix for the pre-registration for the PUBG New State for Indian users. For that, you will need to connect to a VPN (private network) and register it. You will still need a VPN to play the game for now.

Note that this policy may change later on and you may potentially play PUBG New State in India without a VPN. So stay tuned!

PUBG New State India Pre-Registration Fix

• On your Android phone, download a VPN app like Proton VPN. You can use any free VPN app of your choosing from Play Store.
• Launch the VPN app and choose the location other than India like USA, Canada, Singapore, etc.
• Makes sure your VPN service is running.
• Launch Play Store and visit the PUBG: NEW STATE registration page.
• Create another Google account and choose a location of your VPN.
• Or you can simply change your current Google account country by visiting Play Store > Account > “Country & Profile”.
• Clear Play Store app “Data and Cache” by long pressing Play Store icon > App info > Clear all data.
• Re-launch Play Store.
• Now visit the Play Store link for PUBG NEW STATE.
