The Sprint carrier has already started rolling out the new Android 7.0 Nougat firmware update for Samsung Galaxy S6 and S6 Edge. With the newest update released recently, the firmware comes with a build number (baseband) G920PVPS4DQE2 as PDA and G920PSPT4DQE2 as CSC for the S6 SM-G920P. The same goes for the Sprint Galaxy S6 Edge (SM-G925P) and the Sprint S6 Edge Plus (SM-G958) with firmware builds as G925PVPS4DQE2 and G928PVPS3DQE1 respectively.
The 7.0 Nougat firmware firmware update for Sprint S6 devices still runs on the March 2017 security patch level. Whereas, Sprint has already pushed the June 2017 security updates for other Samsung devices. You may also see July 2017 security patch level rolling for the Sprint

How to update Sprint Galaxy S6, S6 Edge, and S6 Edge Plus to Nougat OS?

- The fist thing you need to do is download the full stock firmware file from above to your PC.
- Extract the Nougat firmware zip to get a file with .tar extension.
- Download latest Odin software for Samsung.
- Run Odin as administrator.
- Add TAR file to AP section. If there are multiple files, add them to their specific category.
- Hit start.
- Reboot device to system.
Once into the system, go to Settings – Software updates – download updates manually and check for any OTA updates available.
