Update: OxygenOS 9.0.5 for OnePlus 6T now available for download. OnePlus 6T has been officially launched with some stunning specifications. It packs the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 845, 6GB/8GB of RAM, 128GB/256GB of storage, latest OxygenOS 9 based on Android 9.0 Pie out of the box. Not to forget the upgrades from last year’s flagship such as an in-display fingerprint sensor (fastest in market), smaller water drop notch, new OxygenOS UI, Nightscape and photo studio for the camera app. Here is another update for OnePlus 6T with Oxygen OS 9.0.4.
Now, we all know that the latest flagship packs some exclusive features such as the new OxygenOS UI, navigation gestures, Nightscape for camera to take better pictures, studio lighting, and much much more. All the features promised in the launch event come to the OnePlus 6T today with a new OTA update – OxygenOS 9.0.4. So all you need to do is go to settings > system updates> and check for any OTA updates available for download.
As listed in the change log below, we get the latest November 2018 Security Patch level, of course, based on Android 9.0 Pie. We also get other system updates such as improvements to face unlock, optimization of power consumption on standby, brand new navigation gestures, general bug fixes and improvements.
That’s not it. Remember the Studio Lighting feature? Yes, Studio Lighting has been added to OnePlus 6T to enhance selfies for the front camera. We also get improvements to Nightscape feature.
