The new Pokémon GO 0.230.0 update introduces the Pokémon GO Fest and this time you can also gift tickets to your friends.

Pokémon GO Fest

Pokémon GO Fest 2022 is a two-day global event that takes place on Saturday, June 4, 2022, and Sunday, June 5, 2022, with a bonus Pokémon GO Fest Finale event on Saturday, August 27, 2022.

The Mythical Pokémon Shaymin – the Gratitude Pokémon – makes its Pokémon GO debut during the 2022 GO Fest event. On the second day of the event, a certain mysterious Pokémon will be making its Pokémon GO debut in five-star raids.

As seen in the last GO Fest, there will be a lot of rare Unknown spawns, Global Challenge Arena, boosted Incense encounters and Special Research quest lines that are exclusive to this event.

Pokémon GO Fest Day 1

Day 1 of Pokémon GO Fest will start on Saturday, June 4, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time. GO Fest 2022 Day 1 will feature rotating habitats for all Trainers, with exclusive bonuses for Ticket holders.

Ticket holders can use Incense to find rare spawns and to boost their shiny odds, encounter Shaymin via a customisable Special Research quest line, participate in the Global Challenge Arena and progress their Elite Collector medal.

Pokémon GO Fest Day 2

Day 2 of Pokémon GO Fest will start on Sunday, June 5, 2022, from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. local time. GO Fest 2022 Day 2 features Global Challenge Arena now open for all Trainers, a mysterious Pokémon debuts in Tier 5 raids and a chance to catch any Pokémon missed during Day 1.

A certain Pokémon will be making its Pokémon GO debut in five-star raids.
Log in during event hours to claim a short Special Research story.
The Global Challenge Arena will be featured again on Day Two—but this time, everyone will be able to participate!

Pokémon GO Fest Finale

The Finale of Pokémon GO Fest will be on Saturday, August 27, 2022. This year, a special one-day finale event will be held on Saturday, August 27, 2022, and will feature a new Special Research story, exciting Pokémon encounters, and more!

Trainers who purchase a ticket for the global Pokémon GO Fest event in June will be granted a ticket for the finale event at no extra charge. Stand-alone finale tickets will be available at a later date for US$10.99
