Motorola’s Moto G Pro Gets Android 11 Update

Back in December 2020, Motorola revealed a list of devices that will get an Android 11 update, but they didn’t share any details regarding the availability of it. Ever since, Motorola users have been eagerly awaiting Android 11 firmware update for their smartphone. Today, Motorola just rolled out Android 11 OTA update for Moto G Pro, at least in the United Kingdom. 

It features Android 11 and all of its goodies like new media controls, Conversations tab, Chat Bubbles, how and when to share your data with one-time permissions, new privacy settings, advanced location sharing controls, and a lot more. Apart from that, the OTA features latest security patch level from January 2021.

The update is sized at around 1103.8 MB. To check for updates, go into Settings -> System -> Advanced -> System Updates and download the update if available.

As of now, the Android 11 update for Motorola Moto G Pro is rolling out in the United Kingdom. Other regions may soon receive it, but may have to wait a little longer to get the OTA update.
