While most users out there are waiting for Android 11 update for their smartphones, Xiaomi Redmi, Mi, and Poco devices have already started receiving MIUI 12 based Android 11 OTA. Poco X2 is the latest devices to have finally received Android 11 update today.
The update brings in a stable version of MIUI based on Android 11. It is based on latest January 2021 security patch level along with other system optimizations related to Noise that could be heard when the screen is turned off in some cases.
Back in July 2020, Poco teased on Twitter that the Android 11 update will start rolling out for the Poco X2 anytime soon. However, better late than never.

You can download the latest MIUI 184.108.40.206 OTA for your Poco X2 by going to Settings -> About phone -> System updates and install the update over-the-air.
Alternatively, if the OTA isn’t available for your device, you can also flash this MIUI Update using recovery ROM. Follow the steps below to flash MIUI based on Android 11 on Poco X2 using Recovery ROM:
