Shortly following the Galaxy A5 and A7 2016 variants, Samsung is now releasing Nougat for its entry segment Galaxy A3 2016 against build number A310FXXU3CQE6. The build updates the device to Android 7.0 Nougat and mainly targets the European region.
With the initial update rolling out for Hungary and Germany, Samsung seems to be following its policy of phased rollouts in Europe and US, followed by other regions.
While the update may very well take over a month to reach users worldwide via OTA, there is always an option of downloading your Galaxy firmware directly from Samsung servers. The firmware can be downloaded effortlessly and without any bandwidth restrictions using the SamFirm tool.
