Genshin Impact 2.7 update Special Program Preview will live stream today May 20, 2022, Friday at 8:00 AM (UTC-4). The event officially named “Hidden Dreams in the depths” will showcase new characters, skins, redeem codes for free primo gems, and much more. So stay tuned for the live stream and bookmark this page. The Genshin Impact 2.7 live stream will go live in just a few hours.

The upcoming update will arrive with new content, an extended storyline, new character banners, weapons, and possibly unlock a new area on the map. The Play Store (Android) and App Store (iOS) listings will be updated in the first week of June 2022 and will be available for pre-download at the end of May 2022.

Genshin Impact 2.7 beta may be available for download right after the live stream. So stay tuned! Yes, MiHoYo will release a beta program before the stable launch. So you may want to participate in the beta and get the latest content before anyone else.

Genshin Impact 2.7 update is termed “Hidden Dreams in the depths“. The live stream (Special Program) will introduce a new character named Shikanoin Heizou (Analytical Harmony), who is a Detective of the Tenryou Commission. The official Genshin Twitter account posted this some time ago.

Character Banners

As for the Character Banners, Genshin Impact 2.7 update will feature Yelan, Itto, and Xiao. To be precise, the first half may feature Yelan and Xiao character banner and the second half will have Itto rerun banner alongside Shinobu.
