We already got new camera features with the previous May 2021 security patch for the Samsung Galaxy S20 series and the Note 20 series that brought many features from the latest Galaxy S21 devices. These features include โ€“ Portrait shots are taken via telephoto camera now. New features added to the Pro video section. Dual Recording with both cameras is now possible.

Furthermore, Galaxy S20 and Note 20 series already got eSIM and Dual SIM Dual Standby (DSDS) functionality in select regions including EU and North America for certain carriers. You can now import eSIM plans to your device. Some of these features are also available in select regions for the S20 international variants with Exynos processors.

Once you update your device, you should find a new option to import an eSIM plan from another device. Alternatively, you can find eSIM Card Manager option under โ€œsettingsโ€ > โ€œconnectionsโ€ option.

Additionally, there appears to be a built in feature to transfer physical SIM to eSIM. So if you have a second SIM card laying around, you can now activate it via eSIM service.
