One UI 3.1 with Android 11 for Samsung Galaxy devices

Samsung successfully rolled out One UI 3.1 firmware update for a number of S-series, mid range A-series, and budget M-series smartphones. This includes the flagship Galaxy S20, Note 20, mid ranger Galaxy A71, A50s, and the popular Galaxy M31, M31s as well. Samsung Galaxy S10 and Note 10 devices also recently got Android 11 based on One UI 3.1 firmware with March 2021 security patch level. As the Android OS upgrades are done with, it is now time to move forward with the security patches.

It is the end of March and Samsung is already deploying April 2021 security patch level for the One UI 3.1 firmware. The first device to receive April 2021 patch is the Galaxy S10 in Germany, Europe.

The OTA in itself weighs 300 MB in size for the international and EU variants. This may change for the North American variant though. As for the changelog, it is a minor update with some camera improvements, and a newer security patch level.
