Samsung Galaxy S20 one ui 2.5 update

Samsung just released the brand new Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra smartphones. The Note series is always one up over the Galaxy S-series in terms of the software or hardware configuration, as it feature Samsungโ€™s latest One UI 2.5 firmware update. While One UI 2.5 is still based on Android 10, it comes with many new features like wireless DeX, enhanced Pro video mode, ability to change Single Take duration and more. The One UI 2.5 firmware update now comes to Samsung Galaxy S20, S20+, and S20 Ultra with a new build number BTH5.

Alongside One UI 2.5, the Galaxy S20 series is also receiving August 2020 security patch level. It features a new software version BTH5 for both โ€“ the Snapdragon variants in the United States, and the Exynos or global variants in Europe. While the update log does not mention of any firmware update on the update screen, Sammobile, confirmed the build number with some screenshots.

One UI 2.5 update for the Galaxy S20 series just started rolling out. In order to download it over-the-air, go to settings > system update > download OTA update manually. You should see a new firmware update popup with versions G981BXXU4BTH5, G986BXXU4BTH5 and G988BXXU4BTH5 for the 5G Galaxy S20, Galaxy S20+ and Galaxy S20 Ultra respectively.
