Nokia has been one of the most active smartphone manufacturers in terms of rolling out software updates. The OEM has released latest Android 10 OTA for most of their smartphones. This includes the Nokia 5 and 3 series, Nokia 6 series, 7 series, and the 8 series. Now its time for the two year old Nokia 1 to get the same treatment. Yes, the Nokia 1 that launched with Android 8.1 and a Mediatek processor gets the latest Android 10 update based on June 2020 security patch level.
A staff member from Nokia community just posted that the Nokia 1 has started receiving Android 10 OTA update in waves. Some of the countries included in the phase 1 rollout include Bangladesh, Cambodia, India, Indonesia, Laos, Malaysia, Myanmar, Nepal, Philippines, Singapore, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and Vietnam.
The latest update comes with a new firmware build number V3.090. It features all the latest Android 10 goodies including Dark Mode, advanced privacy and location control, and the latest June 2020 security patch level. While not mentioned, we can also expect the brand new gesture navigation system from Android 10. The OTA weighs around 859 MB in size.

Stable Android 10 OTA update for Nokia 1 will be released here soon. So stay tuned! It features new firmware build number V3.090. The full stock firmware or the full OTA update zip file will be posted here as soon as it is available. A direct download link officially from Google’s Android One firmware repository. So you can use it to manually update your device.
You can either got to settings > system updates > and download the Android 10 OTA update. Or grab the full stock firmware from below and update manually via stock recovery.
