Android 10 for Samsung Galaxy devices based on One UI 2.0

Updated: One UI 2.0 is now live in Europe for the Exynos variants of Galaxy S10 series phones. The program was supposed to be live on October 10, 2019 but was delayed to mid-October. Android 10 OTA update for Samsung Galaxy S10e, S10, and S10 Plus is now available for download via both โ€“ Samsung Members app and update zip file as well. Original: Like every year, Samsung tests the latest Android version for their flagship phones before the official release. This year it is the Android 10 update for Galaxy S10 series phones. The Android 10 version for the Samsung Galaxy S10 is called the OneUI 2.0.ย  This new firmware update is the successor to last yearโ€™s OneUI 1.0 released for the Galaxy S9 and Note 9 based on Android 9.0 Pie. Samsung community across the globe quite appreciated the new OneUI design and aesthetics for the most parts. So it looks like the manufacturer is sticking with the OneUI name for another year. Samsungโ€™s One UI 2.0 beta program begins today for several smartphones and regions across the globe.

The One UI 2.0 beta program will begin anytime soon today for smartphones including Samsung Galaxy S10e, Galaxy S10, and Galaxy S10 Plus. The beta will first roll out in the regions of South Korea, and also in EU region starting with Germany, and finally the United States of America (USA) for various carriers like T-Mobile and Sprint. This means most of the Galaxy S10 series variants will receive the Android 10 beta version.

As always, in the first phase, a total of 10,000 participants will be selected for the OneUI 2.0 beta program and then categorized into carriers. For instance in South Korea, carriers like SKT, KT, LGU+ and unlocked variants can register. However, of 10,000 registration, 5000 members will be selected from SKT, 2,000 users from KT, another 2,000 from LGU+, and finally 1000 users with unlocked variants. Same goes for the USA carrier variants. However, in the first phase only T-Mobile and Sprint S10 variants can participate. Remaining Verizon, AT&T, and Unlocked S10 variants will get the OneUI 2.0 beta later. Whereas in the EU for the global variant of S10, 10,000 users will be selected.

Users can register using the Samsung Memberโ€™s app available on every phone. The registration will start anytime soon today. So keep hitting the Samsung Memberโ€™s app and check for any notices of the program. This goes for both โ€“ the global variant of S10 with Exynos processor and the United States variants with the Snapdragon processor.

    Hay forma de instalar las BETA de ONE Ui 2.0 por OTA en el Snapdragon ,o solo es para los Exynos ?

      Yes, you can. But there are like 7 OTA updates. So it’s a long process.

        I have already downloaded all the BETA files 1-2-3-4-5-6 and now I will see the new 7, but when trying to install the BETA 1, verifying or installing the file, it locks in 47% and I can’t find a logic To solve it, thanks for replying, regards.

          Maybe due to the data. Try factory resetting your device (wipe data and cache) and make sure you are on the required base firmware.
