Open Beta 15 for OnePlus 3 and Beta 6 for OnePlus 3T is the best Oxygen OS update yet [Download and Install]

As we told you earlier, the Oxygen OS Open Beta 15 for Oneplus 3 is finally here with many critical bug fixes. These issues include a new dialer and incoming caller user interface, new and improved UI of Messages, Settings, Contacts, etc. Today, the new Open Beta 6 for OnePlus 3T and the Beta 15 for OnePlus 3 OTA are rolling out. This new update brings new toggle icons in settings, new and improved fonts, a new set of dialer UI, and much more. So download and install the latest Oxygen OS update now.

The OTA is now rolling out globally in the United States, Canada, European countries like Germany, Italy, France, Asian countries like India, Indonesia, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka, and much more. The OTA zip file comes around in a package of 77 MB. It is still based on the Android 7.1.1 Nougat, but it has been improved a lot.

How to Install Oxygen OS Open Beta update on OnePlus 3 and OnePlus 3T?

All you need to do is grab the following zip files, transfer it to your OnePlsu 3 device storage and upgrade via stock recovery. If your device is on a custom ROM, then restore OnePlus 3 to stock.

Now there are two ways to upgrade. If your phone is already running the previous Oxygen OS Open Beta 14 and Open Beta 5 for the OnePlus 3 and 3T respectively, the download the incremental OTA zip file. You can also do it from Settings>System Updates> Check Updates.

Moreover, if your device is running the official Oxygen OS 4.1.3 or later, then grab the full stock firmware file from above and install it via Local Upgrade option. This option can be found in Setting>System Updates>Tap on the top right icon>Choose Local Upgrade. But first, make sure the full firmware file is located at the phone’s internal storage or SD Card.
