Samsung’s new Hello Bixby AI now for all TouchWiz phones [APK Download]

Hello Bixby is Samsung’s new artificial intelligence launched with the stunning Samsung Galaxy S8 and S8+ devices. It is a personal assistant similar to that of the Google Assistant, Siri from Apple, and Cortana from Microsoft. Seems like all the major companies are bringing their own assistants for a better user experience. Not so long ago, Facebook started testing their new AI with the Messenger app. Now, Samsung’s new Hello Bixby assistant comes as a stock app for the Galaxy S8 and it works pretty well for starters. Meanwhile, you can test the Bixby right now by installing it on any Samsung Galaxy device via APK.

The Hello Bixby assistant requires your Samsung device to run on the stock TouchWiz or Samsung Experience firmware based on the Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow and the Android 7.0 Nougat respectively. It comes as a direct APK file and can be installed as a normal app. You will also need an official Samsung Galaxy S8 Launcher installed on your phone. The Bixby app has been tested working on the Galaxy S7 (Edge), S6 (Edge Plus), Note 5, etc. running official Nougat. It may or may not work with all Marshmallow firmware at the moment.

How to install Bixby on any Samsung device?

• Make sure you have already installed the Samsung Galaxy S8 Launcher.
• Now download and install the Bixby APK from above.
• Go to S8 Launcher Settings by long pressing on the home screen.
• Activate the Bixby option there.
• Reboot the device once.
• Swipe from the left corner to get the new Bixby option.
