[Download] Open Beta 12 for OnePlus 3/3T with Android 7.1.1 Nougat update OTA and full ROM

The Android 7.1.1 Nougat update is rolling out for the OnePlus 3 via official Hydrogen OS (H2OS) Public Beta 9. The H2OS is an alternative firmware for the OnePlus Android devices. As the China variants of the OnePlus 3 received the Android version 7.1.1 update, the international variants can soon expect the same with the official Oxygen OS Open Beta 12. The H2OS is basically an alternative ROM for the OnePlus and mostly build for the Chinese variants. However, it can also be installed on other variants as well.

Earlier this year, the OnePlus team released the Oxygen OS 4.0.3 based on the first builds of Nougat. With Open Beta 12, the OnePlus 3/3T can reach new grounds. We may expect a bunch of features with the new Android 7.1.1 Nougat upgrade including the integration of Google Assistant, a new and improved camera APK, a newer Gallery app fixes and updates, a brand new Photo Editor, OnePlus’s very own Cloud Sync to backup all your photos, apps, data and much more. The new Open Beta is expected to bring UX improvements. Not much is now about the latency bug fix on the OnePlus 3.

H2OS Android 7.1.1 Nougat:

The H2OS Beta 9 and 3 for the OnePlus 3/3T brings a lot of useful features. This makes OnePlus the first manufacturer after Google to release the first Android 7.1.1 Nougat builds. The Hydrogen OS Beta update is based on the upcoming March 1, 2017, security patch and the same can be expected with the Oxygen OS. The Open Beta 12 firmware can be expected as soon as the first week of March.

Moreover, Google is now expected to release a new version of Google App in support of the Google Assistant for all the other Android devices running Android 6.0 Marshmallow or above.
