A lot of devices have been receiving the Android N port officially or unofficially. Google recently released the Android N developer preview 2 for the Nexus series and for some Android One devices as well. The ROM has been popular ever since and the now developers and Android enthusiasts have been porting the ROM, themes, apps, features, etc. to their devices. One such port is the Android N theme for the Huawei devices running on stock EMUI 4.0 and EMUI 3.0. Thanks to XDA forum member, perzan07, the Android N theme is now available for Huawei P8, p8 Lite, Honor series and almost all the EMUI based Huawei devices. Huawei’s very own device, the Nexus 6P is able to gain access to Android N using just the Beta sign up program.

How to Android N Theme For Huawei Devices on EMUI 4.0 and 3.1?

  • Download the Android N Theme for Huawei running on EMUI 3.1 → Link
  • Download the Android N Theme for Huawei running on EMUI 4.0 → Link

This is a theme and all you need to do is replace the stock theme file from your stock EMUI firmware to this new Android N theme file. However, first backup the original theme file and place it in a safe place such that if there is any problem or you want to revert back to the stock theme, you can just replace the Android N theme back to stock. To apply this theme: Download ZIP file, than extract it and place the Android N 4.0.hwt file in HWThemes and apply it in Themes app. Reboot your phone that’s it. Enjoy Android N on your device.
